i have just built a 2nd one of these kits. all went togother easily enough ( remember you need some experiance to build an amp from scratch ). there was a delay of a few weeks for the kit to arrive but the comunications from the seller were helpful. this kit has limited headroom before the distortion kicks in so i will fit an ECC82 as the first tube to give a cleaner sound, another mod that i made was to use an all tube rectifier so a different power transformer was needed. now that its all built and working it is a very tight and responsive amp with a good punchy sound. a damned good amp. this will also go into my rack with my other kld amp and my Vox modeling amp. I like the kld stuff
