I received the Bassman25 5F6A today. I had a new set of JJ tubes waiting for it. I am 100% impressed with the amp. It is plugged into a MojoTone Canyon closed back cabinet with an Eminence Red Coat Series Man O War 12" Guitar Speaker, 120 Watts at 8 Ohms. The amp circuit is quiet, no hum or hissing. It sounds just like a Fender amp with lots of clean headroom. The bright channel is just right for humbucker guitars or single coils and the normal channel is great for single coils. I have 3 PRS guitar, one of which is an SE Hollowbody this amp really helps brighten the dark sounding meck pickup on that guitar. The amp vs. the cost is a steal. It really is impressive.

Excellent sounding amp, great blues sound when driven, lots of headroom when you need it, have used it with many different guitars and speakers, my favourite is 4 X 10" Alnico V speakers or 1 X 15 but sounds great with any configuration.
